- Provide actual information while creating your user ID.
- You are solely responsible for your User ID and the activity that occurs while signed in to or while using merkis.com.bd using your User ID.
- You will not use merkis.com.bd to collect any personally identifiable information, including account names, email addresses, or other such information, for commercial purposes.
- When you register, you will obtain unique log-in credentials (a “User ID”). Access to merkis.com.bd and Services is not authorized by any other person or entity using your User ID and you are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. Please notify us immediately if you become aware that your User ID is being used without authorization.
- If you find any difference with picture or face any kind of issue then you can replace it within 3 days.
- If there is any size issue, then we will exchange the size, but you have to inform us within 3 days.
- You have to pay the delivery charge if you want to return the product.
- You can properly check the product before payment.
- We don’t have a refund option after receiving the product or completing the payment.
- Each Deal has specific terms associated with the Deal, which will be presented to you at the time you commit to purchasing the particular Deal.
- No cash value for any Voucher.
- No cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of a Voucher, except as required by law.
- No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of a Voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions unless otherwise noted in the Voucher.
- Neither merkis.com.bd nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher reference numbers.
- We have the right to determine whether any of your Content submissions are appropriate and comply with these Terms of Service, remove any and/or all of your submissions, and terminate your account with or without prior notice.
- No warranty available for our products.
- We do not provide any guarantee, warranty, or after-sales service for our products. The durability and longevity of fashion products depend on usage, maintenance, and external factors beyond our control.
- By purchasing from merkis.com.bd, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept that we are not liable for any product issues arising after the purchase is completed.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect the product thoroughly before completing the payment, as we do not accept liability for defects or damages reported after the specified return/exchange period.
